Hi this is Leanne, and welcome to Nails of Distinctions, where we think you'll find everything you want in a top quality beauty salon and nail studio, right in the centre of York. You can’t miss us… we’re in Pat Caulfield’s Hair Salon, on the top floor at 56 Low Petergate. All our clients are special clients, so come along and see.

Nails of Distinctions in York brings together experienced qualified beauty therapists with flair to bring you a joined up beauty salon experience including eyes and lashes, Shellac nail polish application, microdermabrasion, alternative therapy treatments such as Reflexology and Indian Head Massage, nails and hand treatments, nail extensions, foot massage and pedicures. We also have the services of qualified nurses, Lee Rowe and Lorraine O'Brian Elliott, who provide expert services in facial aesthetics, line and wrinkle removal, and injectable fillers.

I am delighted to say that Sarah Pepper is also a member of the York beauty salon team. Sarah is a highly trained and qualified beauty therapist and specialises in waxing, massage including pregnancy massage, and facials.

Nails of Distinctions York offers a professional, friendly beauty salon and nail studio service in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere so you’ll want to come back regularly.

As part of the beauty salon service we offer complementary face mapping consultations too. We will analyse your skin so we can advise on the most beneficial facial treatments, and the right products for you to use. This is personalised skin care at its best, delivered by experts.

We use Dermalogica products in the salon and recommend this excellent range to keep your skin in super condition between appointments. We also recommend CND, Nouveau Lashes, and Minx nail treatment.

We're here for the boys too! Our service for gents includes eyebrow waxing, back waxing, chest waxing, facials, sports massage and manicures. So what are you waiting for guys?
